We value your satisfaction and aim to provide the best quality in both our produce and products. Please review our return policy below before completing your purchase.

Agricultural Produce

All produce is hand-selected for quality and freshness. Due to the perishable nature of agricultural items:

  • Returns are not accepted for produce once it has left the pickup location.

  • If you discover a defect or quality issue at the time of pickup, please notify our staff immediately. We will assess the issue and offer a refund or replacement at our discretion.

Apparel & Non-Agricultural Products

We want you to be happy with your purchase.

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

  • To be eligible for a refund, items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with all original packaging.

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos of the issue.

  • Approved returns will be refunded to your original method of payment.
